MailMeter Outlook Add-in
MailMeter Individual Search and Retrieval also includes an optional Outlook Add-in toolbar that allows a user to search the archive for any emails that they sent or received. For users, it’s like having the ultimate Inbox and Sent folders with fast, intelligent searching.

Powerful Searching with drag and drop capabilities
A user can easily search the MailMeter Archive for:

• Any word(s) in an email or attachment.
• Attachments using a partial name.
• Any email address.
• Attachment types (PDFs. PPTs, XLSs, etc.).
• All messages in a specific time period.

Dynamic folders
The MailMeter Outlook Add-in gives users a productivity boost. It's easy to create a Saved Search that will retrieve all emails ever sent or received from a specific email address or domain (all users at a specific organization). With the MailMeter Outlook Add-in you can eliminate the need to put messages in folders - MailMeter does it dynamically for you!
