MailMeter MBA (Mailbox Analyzer) is a non-invasive Email Management Solution for Microsoft Exchange that provides an easy to use analysis of everyone's mailbox storage usage. You get an overview by server, mailbox store, and person with drill-down capabilities to an individual mailbox - statistics on number of message in folders, number of messages unread, age of messages, age of attachments, attachment types, and more.

With MailMeter MBA you can focus in on users that are abusing your mailbox policies and quotas. It's not unusual to see users with large mailboxes having most of their storage taken up by messages that have never been read!
